Who I Am
My name is Maleigha Hurd. I am from Boulder City, Nevada, and I currently attend the University of Nevada, Reno, where I am working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Why I’m in College
I am attending college to build a stable future for myself. I want to create a life where I can support a family, take care of loved ones, and build financial security. These goals motivate me to work hard and stay focused on my long-term plans.
Career Interests
I am interested in becoming an accountant, CPA, or banker. I am drawn to financial careers because I enjoy structure, organization, and roles that require accuracy and responsibility.

Even though I am not currently working, my past jobs have helped me develop useful skills such as:

Hobbies and Interests
I enjoy playing the saxophone and listening to music. Music is a big part of my life, and I love exploring new sounds, artists, and styles. I also enjoy spending time with the people I care about.
